Baked Boneless Pork Chop Recipe

Baked Boneless Pork Chop Recipe - Simple but tasty. I wouldn't serve it for a fancy dinner among friends, but it is a great weekday family meal staple. I used thin sliced boneless chops and followed the recipe. I just used the pinch of garlic seasoning and pinch of seasoning salt on each side of the chop. Flipped midway and used more pinches. Served with roasted potatoes and veggies. I will definitely be making this Baked Bone in Pork Chops Recipe again!
SERVING: 4
Preparation time                   Cook time
10 Minutes                             30 Minutes

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup (Note 1)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (Note 2)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (or white)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (or vegetable or canola oil)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (Note 3)
  • 4 pork chops / cutlets , around 200g/7oz each including bone (Note 4)
  • 800g/ 1.6 lb baby potatoes , larger ones cut in half (Note 5)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 200C / 390F (fan forced / convection) or 220C / 430F (standard oven).
  2. Toss potatoes in oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Scatter on baking tray.
  3. Place in oven for 15 minutes (giving them a head start).
  1. Meanwhile, mix the Rub ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Slather the pork on both sides with the Rub, reserving some Rub for basting. (See notes for marinating)
  3. Take the tray out of the oven. Place pork on the tray.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove tray from oven, spoon over reserved rub on the surface then bake for a further 10 minutes (or 15 minutes for large chops ~ 350g/12oz) (Note 4).
  5. Take tray out of the oven, flick to grill/broiler on high.
  6. Use a brush to get the golden juices off the tray (especially around pork) and dab it onto the pork – this is key for flavor and color!
  7. Pop pork under grill/broiler for a few minutes until pork is caramelized and golden.
  8. Serve, scraping the juices on the tray onto the pork, then garnish with parsley if desired. Pictured with this Broccoli Salad.

Recipe Notes

  1. If you are in Australia or the UK, you can use Tomato Sauce (American readers – don’t use what you know as Tomato Sauce, use Ketchup!).
  2. I use normal soy sauce (Kikkoman). This can be substituted with 2 1/2 tsp light soy sauce. I don’t recommend dark soy sauce – flavor is too strong.
  3. Can be substituted with white wine or sherry vinegar.
  4. This can be made with any pork chops. I use what we call Pork Cutlets here in Australia. Bone in is better because it’s juicier. Cook time will differ depending on size of cutlets – my cook time is based on 200g/7oz pork chops with bone in. For 350g/12oz, bake for a total of 25 minutes (i.e. 10 minutes + 15 minutes + grill/broil)
You could also use chicken – bake for same time for 180g/6oz boneless thigh fillets and for 200g/7oz breast. I would recommend marinating breast.
  1. Make sure the potatoes are no larger than 3cm / 1 1/4″ diameter otherwise they won’t cook in the prescribed time. You can either increase the initial bake time OR cut the larger ones which is what I did.
  2. If marinating, place in a ziplock bag, add the pork and massage from the outside to coat the pork in the Rub. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours. If freezing put the bag straight in the freezer, then defrost before using. It will marinate while defrosting.

Small Lasagna Recipe for Two

Small Lasagna Recipe for Two - I have tried many recipes for lasagna. They can be time consuming and often disappointing results. This Small pan lasagna recipe was fast, easy, economical and although I was sceptical about the uncooked was fabulous! No burnt edges, no crusty top, nothing sticking to the, loved this recipe. It will be the one I go to first for lasagna to take to family gatherings. Everyone raved about how tasty it was and it cut like a dream....only thing different I did was to add a bit of spice to the sauce as we love our spice! Otherwise, don't change a thing. Enjoy!

SERVING: 2
Preparation time                   Cook time
15 Minutes                             35 Minutes

Meat Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 8 ounces meatloaf mix (or 4 oz each of ground beef & ground pork)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Filling and Noodles
  • 4 ounces (½ cup) ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus 2 tablespoons extra
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 no-boil oven-ready wide flat lasagna noodles (Barilla brand)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and add onion with a pinch of salt. Sweat for 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and chili flakes and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in meatloaf mix, and break it up with a wooden spoon. Season with a little salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink, for about 2 minutes. Stir in cream, diced tomatoes with their juice, and tomato sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes. Season lightly with salt and pepper to taste. Don’t season too much or overall lasagna will be too salty.
  2. Combine ricotta, ½ cup Parmesan, and egg together. Sprinkle in a little pepper and mix. To assemble the lasagna, spread ½ cup of meat sauce over bottom of a loaf pan. Spread ⅓ of the ricotta mixture on top of 1 noodle, and lay on top of sauce. Sprinkle on ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese, and a little more sauce. Repeat this layering 2 more times, making sure you end up with enough meat sauce and mozzarella cheese for the top layer. When you lay the last noodle down, you will have no more ricotta mixture left. Place the remaining sauce on top of the dry noodle. Mix together the remaining ¼ cup of mozzarella with 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top of the sauce.
  3. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 25-30 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked and the sauce is bubbly around the edges. Remove the foil and bake until the cheese is lightly brown in spots, for an additional 10 minutes or so. Let cool for 5-10 minutes out of the oven to let it set a little more before cutting into it.

How to Cook Lorraine Pascale Pork Chops Recipe

Easy Lorraine Pascale pork chops – AWESOME! My family loves these. I have used thinner pork steak, as my family likes them better & they are less expensive (definately drain before turning.) The first time I doubled the sauce after reading reviews. Now I triple the sauce (divide) and add the rest after draining & turning. This is requested all the time. There are never any leftovers. Enjoy!

Easy Lorraine Pascale pork chops Recipe

SERVING: 4
Preparation time                   Cook time
45 Minutes                             1 Hour

For the Pork:
  • Kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 4 double-cut bone-in pork loin chops (about 1 pound each)
  • Vegetable oil, for the grill
For the Sauce:
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups diced onions
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1 1/4 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup prunes
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Serving suggestion: Smoky Corn on the Cob, recipe follows

For the Sauce:
  1. Prepare the pork: Mix 2 tablespoons salt, the black pepper, brown sugar and paprika in a bowl, then rub all over the chops. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.

Add the ketchup, apple juice, syrup, bourbon, prunes, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, 1 tablespoon salt and 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 30 minutes. Puree with an immersion blender or in a regular blender.
  3. Preheat a grill to medium. Brush the grates with vegetable oil, then place the chops directly over the flame and grill until marked and cooked halfway through, about 15 minutes. Turn the chops and place on a cooler area of the grill (such as the edges); cover and cook until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 140 degrees F to 145 degrees F, 15 to 20 minutes. Uncover and brush the chops on all sides with the prepared sauce, then cover and cook until glazed, about 5 more minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and brush with more sauce. Tent with foil and let rest 10 minutes. Serve with more sauce and Smoky Corn on the Cob.
Smoky Corn on the Cob:
  1. Peel back the husks from the corn and remove the silk. Butter the kernels and sprinkle with salt and smoked paprika. Fold the husks back over the corn and grill over low heat until cooked through, turning occasionally, 12 to 15 minutes.

World's Best Lasagna Recipe

World's Best Lasagna Recipe

World's Best Lasagna Recipe – I make this sauce by itself all the time to use with spaghetti. I also use ground turkey breast and turkey sausage to cut down on the fat and it's really, really good. Everyone who has tried it loves it!

Preparation time : 30 Minutes
Cook time : 2 Hour 30 Minutes
Ready in : 3 Hour 15 Minutes

  • 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
  • 3/4 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
  • 2 (6.5 ounce) cans canned tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 16 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt3/4 pound mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Add all ingredients to list

  1. In a Dutch oven, cook sausage, ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until well browned. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and water. Season with sugar, basil, fennel seeds, Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons parsley. Simmer, covered, for about 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain noodles, and rinse with cold water. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with egg, remaining parsley, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  4. To assemble, spread 1 1/2 cups of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange 6 noodles lengthwise over meat sauce. Spread with one half of the ricotta cheese mixture. Top with a third of mozzarella cheese slices. Spoon 1 1/2 cups meat sauce over mozzarella, and sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers, and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil: to prevent sticking, either spray foil with cooking spray, or make sure the foil does not touch the cheese.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil, and bake an additional 25 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.

I like to use hot italian sausage and add some chopped mushrooms to the sauce while it is simmering. A dash or two of a good red wine to the sauce isn't a bad addition either. This is an absolutely wonderful dish - a little time consuming, but worth every minute !!

Homemade Food Recipe

Homemade Food Recipe  ~ First things first: What is Food Recipe?
Food Recipe a blog that share a lot about easy to make recipes, from food to drinks. We also share tips for kitchen daily cookers — meaning we’ve got everything you want to eat, plus endless ways to watch it. Intrigued?

The non-aubergine portion was lifted from a French-Tunisian family friend, who made it for the Frenchman and me when she came to stay. (She served it with herb-rubbed, falling-off-the-bone chicken thighs. You can too.) It was a luxury to be cooked for, and to be taken care of so well through food. Pine nuts browned sumptuously in butter! The lemon-tinged warmth of sumac and za’atar! Cumin, harissa, and cinnamon, too. It’s actually a perfect inauguration to fall.
I asked for the recipe, and scribbled down the offhand recounting of a cook who has fashioned a dish so often, measurements are not longer consciously considered. I searched google for corroboration of spice quantities, and rice to meat ratios, but quickly realized no consensus: this dish is made, in various forms, across the Levant. Sometimes with lamb, or beef, or chicken. Often it includes peas and carrots, and other spices; almonds too. This rice and meat mixture–helpfully called “mixed rice”–is used judiciously in recipes across the region, frequently to stuff vegetables, wine or cabbage leaves.
What this recipe is not: the quintessential version of Ouzi, which anyway goes by other names and spelling variations. What it is: very tasty. A recipe filtered through this cook’s interpretation of a French-Tunisian-living-in-Cairo’s version of her Palestinian mother-in-law’s cooking, made with ingredients she found in my kitchen, in Jersey City, NJ. That sentence was exhausting, but the point is: make this for someone you care about.

The Healthy Food Recipe

 The Healthy Food Recipe

The Healthy Food Recipe | Food is any substance consumed to provide nutritional support for an organism. It is usually of plant or animal origin, and contains essential nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals. The substance is ingested by an organism and assimilated by the organism's cells to provide energy, maintain life, or stimulate growth. Most food has its origin in plants.

Some food is obtained directly from plants; but even animals that are used as food sources are raised by feeding them food derived from plants. Cereal grain is a staple food that provides more food energy worldwide than any other type of crop. Corn (maize), wheat, and rice – in all of their varieties – account for 87% of all grain production worldwide.

Most of the grain that is produced worldwide is fed to livestock. Some foods not from animal or plant sources include various edible fungi, especially mushrooms. Fungi and ambient bacteria are used in the preparation of fermented and pickled foods like leavened bread, alcoholic drinks, cheese, pickles, kombucha, and yogurt.

Another example is blue-green algae such as Spirulina Inorganic substances such as salt, baking soda and cream of tartar are used to preserve or chemically alter an ingredient. While many foods can be eaten raw, many also undergo some form of preparation for reasons of safety, palatability, texture, or flavor.

At the simplest level this may involve washing, cutting, trimming, or adding other foods or ingredients, such as spices. It may also involve mixing, heating or cooling, pressure cooking, fermentation, or combination with other food. In a home, most food preparation takes place in a kitchen. Some preparation is done to enhance the taste or aesthetic appeal; other preparation may help to preserve the food; others may be involved in cultural identity. A meal is made up of food which is prepared to be eaten at a specific time and place.

Cars Specifications Centre

Cars Specifications Centre

Cars Specification Centre | Like all other vehicles, cars come in all shapes and sizes, each of which is made for people with different needs. Some small "city" cars carry only two to four people, and do not have a lot of room for luggage. Other types are able to carry many passengers or heavy loads. For example, station wagons or estate cars carry from 5 to 9 people, or fewer people with lots of luggage.

There are many different sizes of vans, such as minivans, which are made for families, and even small pickup trucks, which are car-like vehicles made for carrying medium-sized loads; for example, goods for delivery or plumber's and builder's tools and materials. Heavy lorries are used to carry deliveries and heavy loads. In order for a car to work, it must have a power source, where the car gets the energy it needs to turn the wheels. Most cars use some kind of fuel to make an internal combustion engine run. The power from the engine then goes to the wheels through a transmission, which has a set of gears that makes the car go faster or slower. The most common fuel in small to medium-size cars is petrol, which is called gasoline in America (people just call it "gas" though).

Some larger, more expensive cars burn diesel fuel, which is used in big trucks and buses, and a few use wood gas. In some countries, such as Brazil and Sweden, a mixture of ethanol and petrol, called gasohol in Brazil and E-85 in Sweden, is used as automobile fuel. There are cars designed to run on more than one type of fuel - these are called "flex-fuel" and are very rare. And this is it, welcome to

Carscentre for Simple and easy car research, they share about review, specification, performance, price, release date and many others. Which they share is about all great type and all great brand of car you’re needs. What are you waiting for ? Let’s visit

Easy Thin Boneless Pork Chop Recipe

Easy Thin Boneless Pork Chop Recipe - Found this recipe after finding thick cut pork chops. My husband is super picky when it comes to this cut of meat, and was very reluctant when I suggested it as a meal. I found this way of cooking them and thought, what the hey, it's Ree Drummond and all her food always looks delicious.
I'm soooo glad I followed this very simple, quick recipe!!! The chops came out so flavorful and moist! I did most of the cooking in the sauté pan and finished in the oven! I can't wait to do these again. And my husband was looking for seconds!! Very successful and delicious recipe!!

Easy Thin Boneless Pork Chop Recipe

Preparation time                   Cook time
10 Minutes                             30 Minutes

  • 1 pound tomatillos, husks removed
  • ½ cup chopped onion (1 medium)
  • 1 fresh jalapeno or serrano chile pepper, halved and seeded*
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed and peeled
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 3 tablespoons pepitas, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounces boneless pork loin chops
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup crumbled fresh cheese (1 ounce)

  1. In a covered large saucepan cook tomatillos, onion, jalapeno, and garlic in a large amount of boiling water about 8 minutes or until tomatillos turn light green. Drain.
  2. In a blender combine the tomatillo mixture, cilantro, pepitas, honey, and the 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Trim excess fat from pork chops. Sprinkle chops with additional salt and pepper. In a large skillet cook chops in hot oil over medium-high heat about 5 minutes or until browned, turning once.
  4. Add 1 1/2 cups of the tomatillo mixture to skillet. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 5 to 8 minutes or until chops are slightly pink in the centers (145 degrees F).
  5. Let stand for 3 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with queso fresco to serve.
Tip: Because Chile peppers contain volatile oils that can burn your skin and eyes, avoid direct contact with them as much as possible. When working with Chile peppers, wear plastic or rubber gloves. If your bare hands do touch the peppers, wash your hands and nails well with soap and warm water.
